The BS7311T-IN / BS3711T-IN are 10G SFP+ BiDi transceivers designed for 10GBASE-LR/LW Ethernet and 10G Fibre Channel applications. These modules support a typical data rate of 10.3125 Gbps and offer a maximum transmission distance of 20 km over single-mode fiber (SMF).
The BS7311T-IN operates at 1270 nm TX / 1330 nm RX, while the BS3711T-IN operates at 1330 nm TX / 1270 nm RX, enabling bidirectional communication over a single fiber.
Both models feature a duplex LC optical interface, are hot-pluggable, and utilize a single +3.3 V power supply. They include Digital Diagnostic Monitoring (DDM), are Class 1 laser safety certified, and RoHS compliant. Designed for industrial environments, these modules support an extended operating temperature range of –40 °C to +85 °C, ensuring reliable long-reach optical performance.
