SFP28 25G Duplex 1310nm 300m
This 25G SFP28 transceiver is designed for 25GBASE-LR Ethernet and other high-speed optical communication applications. It supports data rates up to 25 Gbps and provides transmission distances up to 300 m over single-mode fiber. The module operates with a 1310 nm DFB laser and a PIN receiver, features a duplex LC optical interface, and uses a single +3.3 V power supply with power dissipation below 1.5 W. It includes an internal CDR on both the transmitter and receiver channels for superior signal integrity. Fully hot-pluggable and compliant with the SFP28 form factor, this module supports Digital Diagnostics via the I²C interface. It meets Class 1 laser safety and RoHS standards and is available in both commercial (0 °C to +70 °C) and industrial (-40 °C to +85 °C) temperature ranges.
