QSFP28 100G Duplex LWDM 40km ER4 LC

This 100G QSFP28 transceiver is designed for 100GBASE-ER4 Ethernet, Infiniband QDR/DDR interconnects, and client-side 100G telecom connections. It supports an aggregate data rate of 103.125 Gbps and provides transmission distances up to 40 km over G.652 single-mode fiber. The module integrates a cooled 4×25 Gbps LAN-WDM TOSA (operating at 1295.56 nm, 1300.05 nm, 1304.58 nm, and 1309.14 nm) and a 4×25 Gbps APD ROSA receiver, featuring built-in 4-channel Clock and Data Recovery (CDR) on both the transmit and receive paths.

It features a duplex LC optical interface, a 4×25G electrical interface compliant with OIF CEI-28G-VSR, and operates on a single +3.3 V power supply with maximum power consumption of 4.5 W. Fully RoHS-10 compliant and lead-free, the transceiver is engineered for industrial environments, supporting a wide operating temperature range from -40 °C to +85 °C. This module delivers high reliability and performance for demanding metro, backbone, and data center networks.
