This 400G QSFP-DD transceiver is designed for 400GBASE-LR4-10 Ethernet, data center, and switch/router interconnect applications. It supports data rates up to 106.25 Gbps per channel (PAM4 modulation), delivering an aggregate bandwidth of 425 Gbps across four lanes. The module utilizes CWDM4 EML transmitters and PIN receivers, providing a maximum transmission distance of 10 km over single-mode fiber. It features a duplex LC optical interface and operates on a single +3.3 V power supply.
Fully QSFP-DD MSA and CMIS compliant, the transceiver meets the 400G-LR4-10 technical specifications, offering low power dissipation under 10 W and a reliable operating temperature range of 0 °C to +70 °C. It is hot-pluggable and RoHS compliant, making it ideal for scalable, high-performance networking in enterprise, data center, and telecom environments.
